Confirming Receipt
How to confirm you've received your order and what happens when you do.
What Is Confirm Receipt?
When you receive your order, the Confirm Receipt button on your transaction page lets you verify that everything arrived as expected. This is the final step that releases payment from escrow to the seller.
Warning: Confirming receipt is irreversible. Once confirmed, the funds are immediately transferred to the partner and cannot be recalled. Only confirm after thoroughly checking your order.
How to Confirm
- Go to My Purchases in your account dashboard.
- Open the transaction for the order you received.
- Click the Confirm Receipt button.
- A confirmation dialog will appear with a checklist and the exact amount to be released.
Pre-Confirmation Checklist
Before clicking confirm, verify that:
- Item matches description — it looks and functions as advertised
- No damage or defects — the item arrived in good condition
- Everything works as expected — all components, accessories, or features are present
The Confirmation Dialog
The dialog shows:
- A warning banner displaying the exact amount (e.g., "₱1,500.00 will be transferred to the partner immediately")
- Two buttons: Cancel (to go back) and Release Funds (to confirm)
Click Release Funds to complete the confirmation.
What Happens After
Once you confirm receipt:
- The escrow status changes from Held to Released
- Funds are transferred to the seller's balance immediately
- Your transaction status updates to Completed
- You have 30 days from confirmation to leave a product review
- The transaction can no longer be disputed
If Something Is Wrong
If your order has issues, do not confirm receipt. Instead:
- Request a cancellation or refund — use the link below the Confirm Receipt button
- Open a dispute — if the seller is unresponsive or you can't resolve the issue directly

Automatic Release
If tracking has been submitted and you don't take action (confirm or dispute) within the auto-release window, the escrow will be released automatically. You'll receive notifications before this happens, giving you time to review your order.
