Getting Started as a Buyer

Welcome to Fans by Fans

Fans by Fans is a secure marketplace where you can purchase event tickets, merchandise, and partner services — all protected by our escrow payment system.

Creating Your Account

1. Click Sign Up in the top-right corner of the page.
2. You can register with your email address or sign in with Discord.
3. Complete your profile by adding your name and contact details.

Browsing Events

Visit the Events page to discover upcoming events. Each event page shows:

• Available ticket types and pricing
• Event date, time, and venue
• The artists and partners involved

Making a Purchase

1. Select the product you want to buy and click Add to Cart.
2. Review your cart, then proceed to Checkout.
3. Choose your payment method — we accept GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and more via Xendit.
4. Complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Your Purchases

After purchasing, you can view and manage your orders from the My Purchases page in your account dashboard. Each order shows:

• Order status and delivery updates
• Payment confirmation and receipt
• Options to request refunds if eligible

Buyer Protection

Every transaction on Fans by Fans is protected by our ProtectedByFans Guarantee. Your payment is held in escrow until your order is confirmed as delivered. If something goes wrong, our support team is here to help.
