Accepted Payment Methods
Fans by Fans processes all payments securely through Xendit, a trusted payment platform. We accept the following methods:
E-Wallets
- GCash — the most popular e-wallet in the Philippines
- Maya (formerly PayMaya) — another widely used digital wallet
- GrabPay — pay using your Grab wallet balance
Credit & Debit Cards
- Visa
- Mastercard
All card payments are processed securely through Xendit's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.
How Payment Works
Fans by Fans uses a redirect-based payment flow:
- Review your cart and click Proceed to Checkout.
- Confirm your order details and select your payment method.
- Click Pay Now — you'll be redirected to the payment provider (GCash, Maya, or card processor).
- Complete the payment on the provider's page.
- You'll be redirected back to Fans by Fans with a payment confirmation.
- A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
Important: Do not close your browser during the redirect. If you accidentally close the window, check your email for a confirmation or visit My Purchases in your account.
Payment Amounts
All prices on Fans by Fans are displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Xendit processes payments in whole pesos — no centavos. The amount you see at checkout is the exact amount charged.
After Payment
Once your payment is confirmed:
- Your order appears in My Purchases with a "Paid" status.
- Your payment is held in escrow until the order is fulfilled — see ProtectedByFans Guarantee for details.
- The seller is notified to prepare your order.
Refund Timelines
If you're eligible for a refund, the processing time depends on your original payment method:

Refund timelines are estimates and depend on your payment provider. You'll receive an email notification when your refund is processed.
Troubleshooting
- Payment failed? Try again or use a different payment method. Ensure your e-wallet has sufficient balance or your card has available credit.
- Charged but no confirmation? Wait a few minutes — payment confirmations can take up to a minute to process. Check your email and My Purchases page.
- Double charged? If you see duplicate charges, contact us immediately at support@fansbyfans.com with your order details.
