Getting Started as a Partner
Learn how to set up your partner account, list products, and manage orders on Fans by Fans.
Welcome, Partner
As a Fans by Fans partner, you can list tickets, merchandise, and services for events. The platform handles payments, buyer communication, and escrow — so you can focus on delivering great experiences.
Setting Up Your Partner Account
- Sign up for a Fans by Fans account if you haven't already.
- Contact our team to request partner access for your account.
- Once approved, you'll see the Partner Dashboard in your account menu.
Your Partner Dashboard
The Partner Dashboard is your command center. From here you can:
- Manage Products — Create, edit, and manage your listings.
- View Orders — Track incoming orders and their fulfillment status.
- Track Earnings — Monitor your sales and payout history.
Listing a Product
- Navigate to Partner Dashboard → Products.
- Click Create Product and choose the product type (ticket, merchandise, or service).
- Fill in the details: name, description, pricing, stock quantity, and images.
- Link the product to an event if applicable.
- Publish your listing — it will appear on the marketplace immediately.
Managing Orders
When a buyer purchases your product:
- You'll receive a notification with the order details.
- Fulfill the order (deliver tickets, ship merchandise, etc.).
- Mark the order as delivered in your dashboard.
- Once the buyer confirms delivery (or the confirmation window expires), your earnings are released from escrow.
Payouts
Earnings are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. After release:
- Payouts are processed according to the platform schedule.
- You can track all payout history in the Earnings section of your dashboard.
