How to manage your shipping addresses for deliveries on Fans by Fans.
Managing Your Addresses
You can save multiple shipping addresses in your account for faster checkout. Manage them from the Shipping Addresses section in your account settings.
Adding a New Address
- Go to your Account dashboard.
- Navigate to Shipping Addresses.
- Click Add Address.
- Fill in the required fields (see below).
- Click Save.
Required Fields

Cascading Location Dropdowns
The address form uses cascading dropdowns for location selection:
- Select your country — this populates the state/province options.
- Select your state/province — this populates the city options.
- Select your city — completes your location.
If you change your country, the state and city fields will reset so you can select the correct options for the new country. The same applies when changing your state — the city resets.
Setting a Primary Address
You can designate one address as your primary address. This address will be pre-selected at checkout, saving you time.
To set a primary address:
- Open the address you want to make primary.
- Toggle the Primary Address option.
- Save your changes.
Only one address can be primary at a time. Setting a new primary automatically removes the designation from your previous one.
Editing an Address
- Find the address you want to update in your address list.
- Click Edit.
- Update the fields as needed.
- Click Save.
Deleting an Address
- Find the address you want to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Note: If you delete your primary address, you'll need to designate a new one or select an address manually at checkout.
Tips
- Double-check your address before checkout — incorrect addresses may result in delivery issues that aren't covered by our ProtectedByFans Guarantee.
- Use your phone's international format — phone numbers should start with + followed by your country code (e.g., +63 for the Philippines).
- Keep your primary address up to date — it's pre-selected at checkout, so make sure it's current.
